2. Services

We offer senior rehabilitation retreat programs designed to support recovery and well-being. Each program includes personalized care, therapy sessions, and facility access.

2.1 Refund Policy for Services

To request a refund, please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the program start date. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. You may also transfer your booking to a future date, subject to availability and at no extra charge, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the start date. Certain highly customized or last-minute bookings are non-refundable, as staffing and facility allocations are reserved in advance.

3. Info Products

Our digital guides, training modules, and resource kits are offered to support caregivers and participants in continuing care at home.

3.1 Refund Policy for Info Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests received after this period are not eligible. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of approval, via the original payment method.

4. Goods and Merchandise

We sell assistive devices, wellness kits, and branded items that complement our rehabilitation programs.

4.1 Refund Policy for Goods

Goods may be sent back in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. The cost of shipping back is the responsibility of the buyer. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5 business days via the original payment method.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
